Return Conditions

• Deadline: You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
• Product condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product shows signs of wear or damage.
• Return shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item). We will provide the return address in our reply.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
